You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

European Union Customers
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the product remains unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.
